Please give us 24 hours notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
We understand that life’s circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if a 24-hour notification is not given you will lose your deposit and will be charged full price when you come back in for the original service booked.
No Call, No Show Policy.
When a client Doesn’t Show up or doesn’t call to let us know they can no longer come, it leaves our employee’s schedules open when they could’ve seen someone else. Please be aware if you no call no show at our spa your card on file will be charged $50 OR 50% of the scheduled service if service is less than $50 for the missed appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so that you can settle in, have a fresh beverage, and fill out any paperwork.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we may inadvertently charge you as a no-show or cancel your appointment.
